note that this is not meant to fix it right away- simply rather to fix as time goes on.
1st:
in PC you need at least 1/2 your team to play in order to receive any payout.
This will impede farmers, if not, it will be unsustainable to be used effectively.
2nd:
limit corp taxes to a ratio.
Simply put, this reduces the income that directors make off of their ISK Pigs.
To do this, the upper limit of taxes should be D/n, where D is the numer of directors active in 30 days, and n is the number of total corp mates.
3rd:
'tax' prototype exuipment.
This will be a slap on the wrist to people with big wallets. This system will be implemented by taxing 1/10,000 of a player's total wallet on any proto equipment. The numbe can slide, but the property has to stick.
4th:
The common player has to support it
CCP won't pay any attention to things that player donot support, so we must stick to this I we hope to do something about it.
